Triple Crown Midwest Baseball already has five tournaments under their belt in 2018 including the Early Bird Bash, Midwest Challenge, Legacy World Qualifier and KC Slugfest. Most recently, they put on the Cape Girardeau Summer Slam. The event took place in Cape Girardeau, Missouri where the sunny summer weather has already set in, making this a destination worth visiting in mid-May.
In addition to the beautiful weather, Triple Crown was excited to announce that this event was added to our list of World Series Qualifiers at the beginning of the year. The champions of each age division received a paid entry to the TCS Midwest Regional on July 5-8th in Kansas City, MO. The event was a three-game guarantee and featured 33 teams among 8’s Machine Pitch, 10’s, 12’s, 13’s and 14’s age groups and AA/AAA divisions. Congratulations to all of the Cape Girardeau Summer Slam champions; we look forward to seeing you all in July! And to the rest of the squads, don’t worry! There’s one more chance to win a paid berth to the TCS Midwest Regional this coming weekend at the TCS Rings Championships in Lee’s Summit, MO. In 2018, Triple Crown will host 15 tournaments between the months of March and October in Missouri. Two additional tournament destinations in the state include Cape Girardeau and Kansas City. The success of Midwest Baseball continues to grow year after year.
