Refund Policy
Teams will be charged a $100 cancellation fee in the event they cancel at least 45 days prior to the first day of the event. If a team does not give a 45-day notice in writing, they will forfeit the entire entry fee.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
- If no games are played, 100% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event.
- If one game is played, 50% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event.
- If two games are played, there will be no refund.
-Credits are transferrable and valid for 12 months from the time of the cancelled event.
